I was going to say I don't know what tree I like in winter but then you mentioned the gnarly apple tree. This made me think of our tree in the back yard, which we call the Hobbit Tree because it is gnarly. It is actually a Box Elder tree, and we love it all year round :)
KarenKarenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14123920968850176646noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15406271.post-26539904396243959052010-01-09T22:30:06.328-05:002010-01-09T22:30:06.328-05:00Favorite tree is a maple have two in my front yard...Favorite tree is a maple have two in my front yard.
That was quit a deal, free fabric, half price fabric, free shipping.Great serviceLove Of Quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15498962484760408202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15406271.post-78449213351010595642010-01-09T15:53:57.264-05:002010-01-09T15:53:57.264-05:00I recently shopped at Fabric.com, and was pleased ...I recently shopped at Fabric.com, and was pleased with the service, quality and prices, too. And I like that fabric you're sharing, too cute.
I love the bare frosted branches of winter, I do not care what kind. We have very few frost days in southern CA., and people usually just think of palm trees, and greenery!Pokeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12546013812822816960noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15406271.post-74046222644919676672010-01-09T14:52:50.483-05:002010-01-09T14:52:50.483-05:00That is fantastic customer service!! There are three long lines of them as windbreaks between the citrus groves a couple of miles from here. In the winter they are a great layered foreground to the sun setting behind our islands.

Paris Cats was the line for the kit my SIL bought and it helped turned her into a quilter!AnnieOhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06619125197850685345noreply@blogger.com
