That's terrible seeing that much damage to the trees. We had ice here last week (western IA) but not that bad.

Wow, were you home when this came crashing down? Too bad it's a total loss, it looks like it was a mature tree. Your landscape will look so different! Stay home and sew, that's what I say :)

WOW. Your photos are amazing! I can't believe that tree! FirstHusband is supposed to travel to Washington on Monday but I'm LOUDLY wishing the trip will cancel. I'm a Florida girl, through and through.

yikes! ice can be BAD! we got 8 inches of snow today...it was only supposed to rain. arrrg! and another storm coming in on monday. i'm thinking spring!

Trapped! We usually don't have that her, our trees go down when we have tornadoes in the summer. But not near what you are having now! And didn't I hear the east coast is getting even MORE snow and ice??
